Walmart came to Bustle Studios looking for a long-term content series that would boost sales and highlight its offerings in fashion, beauty, home, baby and technology. As lead branded editor, I oversaw the creation of both weekly affiliate shopping content and quarterly custom branded content pieces.
Content lived across all BDG Media platforms: Bustle, The Zoe Report, Romper and Elite Daily.
In addition to catering content to align with Walmart’s key product pushes, I also had to ensure that each piece matched the tone and voice of its publication site — a skill needed to increase the performance of native content.
