Cox Communications, the third-largest cable company in the U.S., rebranded in 2018 with an emphasis on bringing people closer — but their online presence didn’t fully reflect that. As an agency, our goals were to: create an authentic online voice in alignment with the brand, help each content piece go further and amplify the new brand identity centered on human connection.

My responsibilities included assisting our social team by providing big ideas for quarterly content series, monthly content ideas and asset and caption copy. I also worked closely with our design team to brainstorm the look and feel for content. Overall, I wanted to humanize Cox’s online presence while showcasing its benefit to customers by incorporating cultural moments, starting conversation and getting to the core of what our audience truly valued.
